【摘要】:ThispartofISO12966specifiesmethodsofpreparingthemethylestersoffattyacids.Itincludesmethodsforpreparingfattyacidmethylestersfromanimalandvegetablefatsandoils,fattyacidsandsoaps.Tocoverdifferentrequirementsfourmethylationmethodsarespecified,namely:a)a“rapid”transmethylationprocedureunderalkalineconditions;b)a“general”transmethylation/methylationprocedureundersequentialalkalineandacidconditions;c)aBFtransmethylationprocedure;d)analternativeprocedureusingacid-catalysedtransmethylationofglycerides.Methylesterssoproducedareusedinvariousanalyticalproceduresrequiringsuchderivatives,e.g.gas-liquidchromatography(GLC),thin-layerchromatography(TLC),andinfraredspectrometry(IR).
