【摘要】:1Thisstandardspecifiesthespecialsafetyrequirementsformastclimbingworkplatforms(MCWP)whicharetemporarilyinstalledandaremanuallyorpoweroperatedandwhicharedesignedtobeusedbyoneormorepersonsfromwhichtocarryoutwork.Theverticalmovingcomponents(workplatform)arealsousedtomovethosesamepersonsandtheirequipmentandmaterialstoandfromasingleboardingpoint.TheserestrictionsdifferentiateMCWPsfrombuilder'shoists.ThestandardcanalsobeusedforpermanentlyinstalledMCWP.2Thisstandardisapplicabletoworkplatformselevatedbyrackandpinionandguidedbyandmovingalongtheirsupportingmasts,wherethemastsmayormaynotrequirelateralrestraintfromseparatesupportingstructures.3Thisstandardisapplicabletoanycombinationofthefollowingalternatives:—oneormoremasts;—masttiedoruntied;—mastoffixedorvariablelength;—mastsverticalorinclinedbetween0°and30°tothevertical:—mastswhicharestandingorhanging;—movableorstaticbase(chassis,orbaseframe);—manuallyorpoweroperatedelevation:—towedorselfpoweredgroundtravelonsite,excludingroadtrafficregulationrequirements;—drivenusingelectric,pneumaticorhydraulicmotors.4Thisstandardidentifiesthehazardsarisingduringthevariousphasesinthelifeofsuchequipmentanddescribesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofthesehazardsandfortheuseofsafeworkingpractices.5Thisstandarddoesnotspecifytherequirementsfordealingwiththehazardsinvolvedinthemanoeuvring,erectionordismantling,fixingorremovingofanymaterialsorequipmentwhicharenotpartofthemastclimbingworkplatform(MCWP).Neitherdoesitdealwiththehandlingofspecifichazardousmaterials.6Thisstandarddoesnotspecifytherequirementsfordeliveringpersonsandmaterialstofixedlandinglevels.Suchequipmentisreferredtoasliftsorhoistsandisdealtwithbyotherstandards.7Thisstandarddoesnotincludemobileelevatingworkplatforms(MEWPs)accordingtoprEN280,suspendedaccessequipmentaccordingtoprEN1808orliftingtablesaccordingtoprEN1570.
