【摘要】:ThispartofISO4254specifiesthegeneralsafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationforthedesignandconstructionofself-propelledride-onmachinesandmounted,semi-mountedortrailedmachinesusedinagriculture.Inaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpractices(includingresidualrisks)tobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.ThispartofISO4254dealswithsignificanthazards(aslistedinAnnexA),hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttothisagriculturalmachineryusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThispartofISO4254isnotapplicabletotractors,aircraft,air-cushionvehicles,orlawnandgardenequipment.ThispartofISO4254isnotapplicabletoenvironmentalhazards,roadsafety,electromagneticcompatibility,ortothepowertake-off(PTO)driveshaft;neitherisitapplicabletomovingpartsforpowertransmissionexceptforstrengthrequirementsforguardsandbarriers(see4.7),nortovibrationexceptinrespectofdeclarations.Itisnotapplicabletohazardsrelatedtomaintenanceorrepairstobecarriedoutbyprofessionalservicepersonnel.NOTEISO14982(seeReference[6])specifiestestmethodsandacceptancecriteriaforevaluatingtheelectromagneticcompatibilityofallkindsofmobileagriculturalmachinery.ThispartofISO4254isnotapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublication.AllofthehazardsdealtwithbythispartofISO4254willnotnecessarilybepresentonaparticularmachine.ForanymachinecoveredbythispartofISO4254,theprovisionsofthepartofISO4254directlyapplicabletothattypeofmachine,ifavailable,takeprecedenceovertheprovisionsofthispartofISO4254.
