【摘要】:ThispartofISO7884specifiesamethodofdeterminingthedynamicviscosityofglassbymeasuringtheelongationofaglassfibreunderadefineduniaxialstress.Inaddition,theviscosity-temperaturerelationshipandthedependenceoftheviscosityonthethermalhistorycanbedetermined.NOTE—Usingthismethod,allpartsofthetestedmaterialaresubjecttothesamemechanicalstresswhentheshapeofthefibreiscorrect,theglassishomogeneousandisotropic,andtheinfluenceofgravityonthefibreitselfcanbeneglected.Thedeformationisapureelongationinsteadofasimpleshear.Withoutmajoruncertainty,thedetermi-nationoftheshearviscositybyanelongationexperimentispossibleonlywhenthematerialbehaveslikeaNewtonianfluid.Theknowledgeofequilibriumviscositiesinthelow-tempera-turerangeisusefulforfittingsuitableviscosity-temperatureformulaeoverthewholerangeofglassviscositiesandforamoredetailedsurveyonthermalhistoryinfluencesthancanbederivedfromfixed-pointmethodsalone.note:*1dPa·s=1dN·s/m
