【摘要】:Thisguideisdividedintosixclauses.Clause1providestheoverview,Clause2listsotherstandardsthatareusefulinapplyingthisguide,andClause3describesthecharacteristicsofquasi-staticmagneticandelectricfieldsthatarecandidatesformeasurements.ThetextforClause3istakenfromIEEEStd1308-1994.1Clause4brieflydescribesthetypesofavailablequasi-staticmagneticandelectricfieldmeasuringinstrumentation.Clauses5and6describespecificmeasurementgoalsrelatedtocharacterizingquasi-staticmagneticandelectricfields,respectively,andpossiblemeasurementmethodsfortheiraccomplishment.Throughoutthisguide,theterms"magneticfield"and"magneticfluxdensity"willbeconsideredsynonymous.AnnexAprovidesalistingofbibliographicalreferencescited.
