【摘要】:ThispartofISO9386specifiesthesafetyrules,dimensionsandfunctionaloperationforpermanentlyinstalledpower-operatedstairliftsintendedforusebypersonswithimpairedmobility,forseated,standingandwheelchairusersmovinginasubstantiallyinclinedplane.Itisrestrictedtostairliftsa)whichtravelbetweenfixedlevelsoverastaircaseoranaccessibleinclinedsurface(seenote1);b)whoseratedspeeddoesnotexceed0,15m/s;c)whoserailinclinationdoesnotexceed75°fromthehorizontal;d)whosecarriageisdirectlyretainedandguidedbyarailorrails(seenote2).NOTENoenclosureforthepathofthestairliftisrequired.ThispartofISO9386doesnotspecifyeverygeneraltechnicalrequirementforallaspectsoftheelectrical,mechanicalorbuildingconstruction.Asfaraspossible,thispartofISO9386specifiesonlytherequirementsthatmaterialsandequipmentneedtomeetintheinterestsofsafetyandfunctionaloperation.Requirementsarealsoincludedforprotectionagainstharmfulinfluenceswhichmaybeexperiencedbyequipmentinstalledinexternallocations.
