【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceoflavatoryserviceequipmentwhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisstandardappliesto:—self-propelledlavatoryvehicles;—towablelavatoryvehicles;—moveablepartsoframpintegratedsystems,designedforservicingaircraftandintendedtobeusedundertheconditionsgiveninclause1ofEN1915-1:2001(examplesseeannexA).Thisstandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsforhazardscausedbynoiseandvibration.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletolavatoryserviceequipmentwhichismanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.
